Training and Safety are of the utmost importance to us at 5 Star Building Systems. Training our team members is ongoing and occurs regularly. Our team certifications include Fall protection, Aerial Lift, OSHA 10, OSHA 30. SAFETY Accountability supervisor is evaluated semi-annually in respect to their compliance with the Safety Accountability for Supervisors guidelines as follow: * make clear communication with all the crew about the daily safety goals. * Conducting regular safety inspections and take corrective actions in safe and timely manner. *Holding employees accountable for careless or risk behavior. Employees who demonstrate this type of behavior will receive both verbal and written guidance from supervisor. Recognition to employees who shown high regard for safety.
